Acid Rain 2015 needs your financial support to help keep registration costs as low as possible and to ensure participation from as many countries as possible. Sponsorship offers an opportunity to increase your organization’ s profile among a diverse and international delegates involved in scientific research, education and environmental policy relating to acid precipitation and the movement of many different pollutants into the Ecosystem.

Levels of Sponsorship

Gold Level ($20,000 or more)

  • Your organization’s name and logo highlighted as a major sponsor on conference announcements, on the conference website, and in the conference program
  • Primary placement of your organization’s name and logo displayed on signage at the conference
  • Option to include materials in the conference welcome packages
  • Speaking opportunity in the Opening/Plenary Session
  • Complimentary full page in the conference program

Silver Level ($12,500-$19,999)

  • Your organization’s name and logo highlighted as a major sponsor on conference announcements, on the conference website, and in the conference program

Bronze Level ($6,000-$12,499)

  • Your organizations name and logo displayed on signage at the conference (size and prominence based upon sponsor level)
  • Option to include materials in the conference welcome packages
  • One full conference registration
  • An optional exhibit space

Basic Level ($4,000-$5,999)

  • Your organization’s name and logo highlighted as a sponsor on conference announcements, on the conference website, and in the conference program
  • Your organizations name and logo displayed on signage at the conference (size and prominence based upon sponsor level)
  • One full conference registration
  • An optional exhibit space

 

Other sponsorships are available which can also provide support for specific events, such as the Wednesday Night event at the Eastman Center, coffee breaks throughout the conference, the delegate bags, etc. If you are interested in supporting something specific, please email your request to Michelle Marquart.

 

Advertisement Opportunities

Acid Rain 2015 will provide a Proceedings Booklet to all attendants. The AR2015 committee has agreed to allow full page advertisements in the proceedings.

Our proceedings booklet will be “half sheet” sized booklet, or 8.5 inches tall and 5.5 inches wide, and will be wire bound. The booklet will be produced in black and white.

Full Page Advertisement: $500.00/full page

  • 8.5 inches tall and 5.5 inches wide (wire bound “half-sheet” booklet),
  • ISO paper code A5,
  • Assume a ½ inch bind margin,
  • Finished ad space is portrait 8 inches by 4 ¾ inches, with binding, top and bottom margins accounted for,
  • Proceedings booklet will be spiral bound,
  • Camera ready art in black and white (booklet will be black and white, not color), and
  • Production will start about October 1, 2015.

Note: The sponsorship and advertisement amounts are denoted in U.S. Dollars. We can accept payment by credit card, check/purchase order, and wire transfer.

The Conference Organizing Committee retains the right to deny or accept sponsorships and advertisements.
